Sokołów Podlaski 870 m² Offices
Project scope:
Comprehensive interior design project including detailed construction documentation and furniture, lighting, and material specification.
Project description:
This project was both an exciting challenge and a significant milestone in my independent practice. The scope involved the complete interior design of an 870 m² office space, requiring a comprehensive approach to planning, functionality, and detailing across a large scale workplace environment.
The client expected interiors of a high standard, which led to the use of premium materials throughout the project. Wall surfaces were finished with large format sintered stone panels, bespoke joinery, and distinctive decorative tiles. The light beige palette was complemented and contrasted by rich dark wood finishes, creating a refined and professional atmosphere.
The scope of the design included the reception area, secretariat, executive offices, open office spaces, meeting rooms, all sanitary facilities, and staff welfare areas. Particular attention was given to maintaining visual consistency while ensuring that each space responded to its specific functional requirements.
An extensive and highly detailed technical documentation package was also developed for the entire project. The documentation included comprehensive construction drawings, joinery details, material specifications, and implementation guidelines, providing contractors with clear instructions on how to accurately achieve the design intent presented in the visualizations.
The result is a cohesive office environment that combines functionality, comfort, and a contemporary corporate identity, while maintaining the high level of detail and quality expected throughout the project.
