01 / Interiors
Interior Design
I most often carry out comprehensive interior design projects, though the scope of collaboration is always tailored to individual needs. Each project is priced individually, so please briefly describe the scope of work and the result you want to achieve.
I value collaboration based on mutual understanding and work in a signature style I've consistently developed over the years. Every project is different, but I deliberately choose commissions where I can fully apply my experience and create an interior I can stand behind.

Inventory and needs analysis
Before starting work, I carry out a detailed inventory of the rooms and analyze your needs based on a questionnaire, which helps me understand the household's lifestyle, expected solutions, preferred materials, and elements the design should avoid.

Functional layout
Based on the information gathered, I develop three variants of the functional layout, each showing furniture, built-ins, and equipment placement, supplemented with 3D model views to help visualize the space. After one layout is chosen, I begin developing the interior concept.

General technical design
Once the concept is approved, I prepare complete technical documentation enabling the project to be executed according to the approved visualizations, including demolition and new built-in plans, custom furniture layout, plumbing, electrical and lighting installations, and guidelines for ceilings, walls, and floors.

Concept design
Based on the chosen layout, I create a complete 3D model of the interior and prepare photorealistic visualizations. At this stage we refine the design together, making changes within the scope of the selected package.

Detailed technical design
After the general drawings, I prepare detailed documentation covering all custom-made built-ins and characteristic design details, including kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom drawings, furniture built-ins, execution details, and axonometric views to facilitate correct project implementation.

Cost estimate
Based on the completed documentation, I prepare a detailed cost estimate covering finishing materials, custom-made furniture, and equipment. This makes it possible to estimate the total cost of the project before work begins and helps keep the budget under control at every stage of the investment.
02 / Heritage Buildings
Interior Design
in Heritage Buildings
I increasingly design interiors in historic buildings, and anyone who has taken part in such a project will confirm it's hard to call this routine work.
Every building can surprise you - during consultations with the conservator, during exploratory work, or during construction itself.
That's exactly what I love about this part of my job. It requires patience, flexibility, and respect for existing architecture.
These projects aren't about subordinating the old to modern trends, but about finding balance between the building's history and the needs of the people who will use it today.

Architectural Design
The scope of the study could be fitted to your needs. I have noticed that most of the times Customers knows exactly what they want, how their house should look and make decisions in fast pace. But sometimes there are customers who needs much more time, much more options to choose, needs my support in decision-making. Taking that into consideration I decided that rate for the square meter isn't fair for both types of the customers. From 2026 year I have decided that next cooperation will be billed hourly with rate 300 PLN per hour - you pay for the amount of time that you need! Below you will find quick instruction how it will look:

CONSTRUCTION AND EXECUTIVE DESIGN

Understanding the Client's Needs
The process begins with a detailed questionnaire covering the project scope, expectations, desired living environment, preferred design style, and functional requirements.

Site visit
To make the best use of the plot's potential and fit the building to its surroundings, we meet on site to discuss the project assumptions, expectations, and requirements defined earlier in the questionnaire.

Pre-design analyses
I analyze the local zoning plan or development conditions and the plot's possibilities, then develop alternative concepts of the building's massing in a 3D model.

Concept development and presentation
I develop the building concept as floor plans and a 3D model showing the massing, materials, fittings, and interior proportions. We discuss the project and make any changes before the next stage.

Photorealistic Visualizations
Once the concept is approved, photorealistic visualizations are created, accurately depicting natural light, surroundings, landscaping and material finishes.

Formalities
I prepare and submit all necessary applications and approvals required for the investment, which may include technical conditions for utility connections, approval for a driveway location, land-use conversion, and other administrative formalities.

Architectural drawings
I prepare a detailed building design including floor plans, roof plan, sections, and elevations. The finished documentation is submitted for approval before the next stage begins.

Coordination of specialist disciplines
I coordinate the development of specialist designs covering structural, sanitary, and electrical installations.

Obtaining a building permit
I submit the complete documentation to the relevant authority and support you at every stage of the building permit process, preparing any additional materials if needed.

Construction Documentation
Preparation of a detailed construction package with expanded technical drawings and comprehensive specifications for contractors.
04 / Supervision
Construction Supervision
Supervision is only available within a 50 km radius of Gliwice or Katowice.
What does construction supervision include?

Checking that renovation work complies with the design across construction/finishing, electrical, and plumbing trades, and contractors for doors, flooring, stairs, and custom carpentry

Obtaining offers and quotes for all custom-made elements and finishing materials

Liaising with subcontractors

Answering calls from the construction site

Identifying possible errors, clashes, and problems on site — which always come up and are completely normal

Agreeing on possible alternative solutions

A set number of on-site visits included in the package, or billed separately per visit

After each site visit, the client and contractor receive a report with photos summarizing completed work and what still needs correcting
Construction supervision verifies that the renovation is carried out according to the design. The designer is not responsible for results that deviate from the design but provides support if such issues arise.
05 / Consultations
Design Consultations
Consultations are held in person in Gliwice and Katowice, or online for clients across Poland and abroad.
Who is this for?
For people who can't afford a full design commission, or who are planning a renovation and want a bit of support with details, color schemes, or material choices.
Pricing
Price is charged per hour, with any started hour counted in full.
