The information without which I cannot start working on a project is also your budget for renovation or construction. So you don't have to worry that you will receive a project completely detached from your preferences and financial resources.

DETAILED TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION - In this case what matters to me is not quantity, but quality. Many times I have seen documentation containing several dozen drawings, where the basic dimensions were not shown, and half of the study was visualizations. With me, you can be sure that the technical study will contain the maximum amount of information - installation points, models of accessories, counted amounts of materials, places of precise cuts, etc. The drawings are also prepared by me and I try to make them in millimeters to avoid the risk of collisions on the construction site. FULL COST ESTIMATION - Here you can also be sure that the cost estimate is not a short table with a few links to the chair and the tile store. The cost estimation is divided into all rooms and includes the number of pieces of tiles and other walls and floors finishes (always in pieces, never in m2), a list of door joinery with detailed information about each door piece, the number of switches and sockets, the costs of furniture and custom-made structures. In total, it contains almost several hundred items (depending on the size of the interior) in which you have information about the quantity needed, price, final amount, possible place of purchase or the possibility of purchasing a cheaper replacement. At the end you will get the total amount, which I try to match to the initial information about your budget.

YOUR COMFORT IS MOST IMPORTANT - As I mentioned at the beginning, the interior should be liked primarily by YOU. You have to be comfortable in it and you have to feel cozy in it. I do not put my architectural ego above your needs and I do not create projects solely for awards, publications and brand recognition, but for the satisfaction and comfort of my clients.
