INTERIOR DESIGN

I offer several options of interior design, which differ in scope of the study. The offer includes interior design of houses and apartments located in Poland. In case of houses and apartments located in other country, the price wiil be individually calculated. 

FUNCTIONAL PLAN

  • working time for 75 m2 is estimated around 10 h

  • working time for 150 m2 is estimated around 20 h

  • working time for area above 150 m2 is estimated around 20-30 h

  • cost for area 75 m2 will estimate around 3000 PLN

  • cost for area 150 m2 will estimate around 6000 PLN

  • cost for area above 150 m2 will estimate minimum 6000 PLN

3D CONCEPT

  • working time for 75 m2 is estimated around 30 h

  • working time for 150 m2 is estimated around 40 h

  • working time for area above 150 m2 is estimated around 60-80 h 

  • cost for area 75 m2 will estimate around 9000 PLN 

  • cost for area 150 m2 will estimate around 12 000 PLN 

  • cost for area above 150 m2 will estimate aroun 18 000 - 24 000 PLN 

TECHNICAL

DRAWINGS

  • working time for 75 m3 is estimated around 60 h 

  • working time for 150 m2 is estimated around 80 h

  • working time for area above 150 m2 is estimated around 80-120 h

  • cost for area 75 m2 will estimate around 18 000 PLN 

  • cost for area 150 m2 will estimate around 24 000 pln 

  • cost for area above 150 m2 will estimate around 24 000 - 36 000 PLN 

ESTIMATION

  • working time for 75 m2 is estimated around 10 h

The final cost depends on complexity of the project - minimal style will take much less time than interior in modern classic. The interior with all the surfaces covered with microcement will take much less time to prepare the technical drawings, than the interior where in every room different material is used. There will be also differences in working time depending on the amount of corrections to the project and additional analysis. 

Working time will be counted at the end of every month by time tracking app. The invoices will be send every month with the cost depending on the time that I spent on the project. 

SUPERVISION

Possibility only in 50 km aroud Gliwice/Katowice, Poland. 

AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION

  • control of compliance of renovation works with the project in terms of construction and finishing, electrical and plumbing industries, contractors of doors, floors, stairs and custom-made joinery 

  • agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions

  • obligation to make on-site visits in the number specified in advance in the package or settlement separately for each arrival.

  • After each on-site visit, the Client and the Contractor receive a report with photos and a summary of what work was carried out in accordance with the project and what should be improved.

In short, author's supervision is checking whether the renovation is carried out in accordance with the developed project, but it does not ensure that everything will be taken care of for the client. The designer is not responsible for the team's mistakes, but checks whether they occur.

CONSULTATIONS

Possibility of personal meeting if you are from cities around Gliwice/Katowice, Poland. In other situations we will organise online meeting. 

  • An option for people who cannot afford to commission a comprehensive project, or for people who feel confident in renovating and designing the interior themselves, but need a little support in determining details, color or material combinations, selecting equipment and lighting, etc. 

  • To conduct the consultation, please send me materials in advance, e.g. photos of the rooms, floor plan, planned solutions. Before the meeting, I try to read the materials sent to stay up to date with the solutions discussed. 

  • During the on-site meeting, i.e. in Gliwice, it is possible to see samples of selected manufacturers from whom I have samples on site. I send a list of current patterns before arranging a meeting. 

  • The price is per hour and is charged for each subsequent hour.

PROJECT WORK SCHEDULE

01 / inventory, identification of the needs and requirements of the Investor

before design work begins, an inventory of rooms is prepared (measurement); Investors are also provided with a survey with questions about the project - including the lifestyle of residents, the number of equipment, desired solutions and materials or those that are definitely not to be included in the project.

02 / functional layout

based on the client's requirements, three functional layout proposals are developed in the form of flat views, including the arrangement of furniture, buildings and required equipment; the projections are accompanied by views from a 3D model showing the space itself with sample furniture and custom-made buildings; the views are intended to help visualize the interior from a human perspective in the proposed variants; the concept is created on the basis of one of the selected systems

03/ concept design 

based on the selected functional layout, a 3D model of the entire interior is developed; the concept is conveyed to investors in the form of photorealistic visualizations; At this stage, investors introduce their proposed changes and corrections in the amount specified in a given package.

04/ general technical design

after the concept is approved and the visualization is sent, technical drawings are developed illustrating how to achieve the interior effect presented in the concept; general drawings include projections on a scale of 1:50 illustrating demolition plans, new buildings, arrangements with custom-made furniture, water and sewage, lighting, electrical guidelines, ceiling finishes, floor finishes and wall finishes. 

04/ detailed technical design

after sending the general drawings, detailed drawings are prepared on a scale of 1:25 and 1:20; they include drawings of custom-made kitchens with a view of the fronts and interiors; the same views of the remaining custom-made wardrobes depending on the number in a given project; details for other structures finished with various wall coverings; views of walls in bathrooms; custom-made axonometrics of selected elements to facilitate their visualization; details on a scale of 1:10 or 1:5 showing special solutions, e.g. lighting niches, upholstered furniture, etc.

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS

CONCEPT

01 / identifying the needs and requirements of the Investor

A survey is sent to investors regarding the scope of the project, expectations regarding the designed facility, square footage and materials in order to recognize how the residents function in order to design a space tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.

02 / visit to the plot

In order to make the most of the plot's potential and adapt the facility to its surroundings, a visit to the plot is necessary; During the meeting, Investor requirements specified in the survey are discussed

03 / pre-design analyzes

analysis of the local zoning plan / development conditions, analysis of the plot's possibilities, variants of the 3D shape of the building

04 / development and presentation of the concept

development of a concept in the form of flat projections and a 3D model showing the body of the building, materials, equipment, interior dimensions, etc Investors are provided with projections and views from the model on the basis of which corrections and changes are formulated

05 / photorealistic visualizations

after accepting the concept, photorealistic visualizations taking into account the light are developed; surroundings, realistic greenery etc.

CONSTRUCTION AND EXECUTIVE DESIGN

01 / formalities

sending applications for technical conditions, approvals for the location of the congress, decultivation, arrangements and others depending on the project

02 / architectural drawings

development of detailed construction drawings including floor plans, roof plans, sections and elevations; the drawings are sent to investors for inspection

03 / coordination of industries

commission to develop industry projects - construction, sanitary installations and electrical installations

04 / obtaining a building permit

the project is submitted to the office; we provide support in matters of formalities for the permit; on a possible decision, we prepare materials to be completed

05 / detailed design

we also offer an option of an executive design including greater detail of the design; in addition to standard drawings from the construction design, details of solutions for individual building elements are also developed
