Projekt wnętrz mieszkania w wieżowcu w Katowicach z widokiem na Spodek.

Sokolska

apartment    85m2    Katowice   2021

info
Starting the project of an 85-meter apartment in a luxury skyscraper at ul. Sokolska in Katowice, Investors had a number of beautiful inspirations for the interior including the latest trends - boucle fabric, designer armchairs, beiges and cosmic lamps. It was also necessary to preserve the reinforced concrete ceiling with the visible installations underneath it  and to design a concrete floor.  Despite the very industrial guidelines, the investors wanted a warm interior and this was achieved in the project. Concretes have been insulated with a brown mirror, beige and wooden furniture and pink accessories. The organic shapes of the sofa and armchairs correspond to the bent shape of the lamp. A well-known lamp with a diameter of two meters - Vertigo - will be hung over a part of the living room, whose black lampshade made of thin stripes refers to the carpet below. An accent in the interior with subdued colors will be a kitchen island finished with sinter with a black marble decor, and additional accents will be graphics on the wall, prepared by Mrs. Investor.

Another characteristic room will be the bathroom for guests kept in a pink shade. Pink brick tiles, orac decor panels painted in a matching color and painted doors with a hidden door frame will be installed on the walls. A pink toilet bowl by Hushlab will be installed on the housing finished with 3D panels. The second part of the bathroom will be distinguished by tiles with a calm terrazzo pattern. Thanks to such a combination of colors, hidden highlights and designer fittings, the interior will impress every guest visiting the apartment.

The last part of the project was the bedroom, which the Investors decided to open to the bathroom, creating a bathing salon. However, to ensure privacy, a glass wardrobe was designed to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Thanks to the glass fronts, it transmits daylight from the bedroom window to the bathing area, and thanks to the use of frosted glass, it is possible to hide any mess on the shelves. The wardrobe has been combined with the headboard of the bed, on the top of which there will be a niche for pots with plants. The bed frame below will be integrated with the bedside tables, giving the impression of levitation of the entire piece of furniture. Aesthetic black slats will be made next to the bedside tables, in which sockets and light switches will be hidden. The bathing bathroom itself will be maintained in an industrial style - with microcement on the wall, with a characteristic tubular radiator above the bathtub and a countertop sink made of microcement. The whole is warmed by a large round mirror with a warm backlight, which will additionally reflect the natural light coming from the opposite direction.
